Co.Bake Space is the brainchild of Alisha Henderson (Sweet Bakes) and Alice Bennett (Miss Trixie Drinks Tea). Both busy little bakers in their  sweet making empires, with a love of facilitating community, a keen eye for beautiful spaces & all the key ingredients to make events & activations out of the (cake) box. 

The Co.Bake Space is a place for ‘pickups and popups’. Whilst the baking happens behind the scenes, the front studio of 239 Swan Street is the dedicated Co.Bake Space available for hire. We have had a variety of brands use our space for their activations. From beauty, boots, artwork…the space is available for a variety of makers to transform.

The space has been designed with versatility in mind, lending itself to:
- Pop up retail shops
- Intimate events
- Activations
- Product Launches
- Photoshoots
- Small workshops & more
