To celebrate the launch of her debut cookbook 'Everybody Loves Cake' Published by Penguin - Alisha Henderson of Sweet Bakes is hosting an 'eat the book' bake sale at CoBake Space on Nov 22nd. 

The event will see Alisha bake up over 20 variations of delicious classic cakes (Almond Croissant Cake, Coconut Dream, Banoffee Cake, Carrot cake + more) plus an incredible array of Showstoppers (Swedish Princess Cake, Lemon Meringue Pie Cake, Hazelnut Fig and Chocolate Mousse Cake + more) - all found within the books pages. An opportunity to taste each cake by the slice, before diving into the kitchen for your next cake baking project.

Alisha will be signing personalised copies of the book on the day PLUS there will be giveaways from Ecology Homewares of beautiful cake stands to those who come down early. Free hot chocolates from Melbourne fine chocolatier Planet Cocoa will be served to all those who wait in line or pop down during the day.
